A note about CHRISTmas time. May you all be blessed on this day, and every day by the joy that the news of a SAVIOR brings. †
"For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace." ~Isaiah 9:6 Amplified
Once upon a time, when time had yet begun
The Father up in Heaven, Holy Spirit and the Son
Three together separate, and yet complete as one...
From whence we share the story of God's unending LOVE!
LOVE created a placed called earth,
And on it He placed man
To all, LOVE gave, free will to choose
For themselves, each, their own plan.
To walk in flesh or walk in love
The way wasn't always clear...
But LOVE made a way, one night long ago
Being born in a manger there.
LOVE grew and walked on earth as man,
And then one day as foretold...
LOVE showed its truest purpose here,
When on a cross - our sin- HE took as His own
The cup HE drank for the will of the Father
For all who would receive...
The gift of LOVE
That once came down, To us on Christmas Eve!
The story of LOVE cannot be told, without a glorious end...
LOVE did not stay on that rugged cross,
Nay! In three days, LOVE rose again!
So, through LOVE's magnificent story,
We have a gift to choose...
It is free to ALL who will accept,
Yet many still refuse.
But just as it was, so long ago
When the angels sang with might...
Hosannas are ringing in the heavens,
Unto us a Child is born tonight!
So YES, LOVE's gift was sent to YOU!
and for ALL who would receive...
For without LOVE, There would be no CHRISTmas...
As LOVE itself, --Came down to earth, on CHRISTmas Eve!
Be Blessed, give LOVE, and have a very, Merry CHRISTmas!!!
